We are 100% commited to ensuring your satisfaction with your order. If your bag arrives faultly please inform us within two days from the delivery date and post it back to us. We can offer to replace the bag or:
We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.
We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order + 20% off the price of the bag.
*Please note that we only refund damaged products if we're informed 24 hours from delivery and returned to us.
